How many candidates will I get?

You’ll receive a curated shortlist of 3 to 5 qualified, pre-screened candidates—not a pile of resumes. We handle the sourcing, screening, and first interviews so that by the time someone lands in your inbox, they’re already a strong match.

What if I don’t hire anyone from the shortlist?

It’s rare, but if it happens, we revisit the role with you. Sometimes it’s a small clarity shift, other times it requires wider outreach. You’ll never be left stuck—we stay involved until the process feels complete and aligned.

What makes your recruitment process different?

We operate like an extension of your team—not just a service provider. Our approach is personal, practical, and flexible. Whether you’ve hired before or this is your first time bringing someone on, we guide the process, simplify decisions, and adjust based on your pace and comfort level. Do you handle interviews too?

Yes. We conduct initial interviews for every shortlisted candidate. This allows us to assess communication, reliability, and fit—beyond what’s on paper. You’ll receive our notes, impressions, and top recommendations so your time is spent only on the best matches.

How long does the process take?

How long does the process take?
Most roles take 1 to 3 weeks from kickoff to shortlist, depending on the role level, urgency, and availability in your region. We move efficiently but thoroughly—and we keep you updated every step of the way.

How does payment work—and is there a guarantee?

Once we agree to work together, a service agreement is signed and payment is made upfront for the recruitment package. This confirms the search and allows us to begin right away.

We offer a 3-month candidate guarantee:
If the person we placed leaves or is let go within the first 90 days, we’ll restart the search and replace the candidate at no additional charge.

To activate the guarantee, we ask that you:

Share any concerns or red flags early—don't wait until the 90th day
Provide documentation or clear context (e.g., feedback logs, missed shifts, performance issues)
Allow us to assess the fit and help troubleshoot if needed
Please note:
This guarantee only applies to candidates we’ve presented and recommended. If you choose to hire someone outside of our shortlist—or go with a candidate we advised against—the guarantee does not apply.

This policy protects both sides and gives the placement the best chance to succeed.
