Felicia Stepan is a recruitment and retention strategist, author, educator, and speaker with over 15 years of experience helping people and organizations work better together. She specializes in supporting small and mid-sized businesses across healthcare, cleaning, and people-first industries—offering a boutique approach to recruitment, retention, and team restructuring that is deeply rooted in clarity, care, and long-term alignment.

Her work is shaped not only by professional insight but also by lived experience.

Born and raised in Romania under a rigid, suppressive regime, Felicia faced adversity early in life. When she immigrated to Canada in 2005, she carried with her the unshakable belief that dignity and potential should never depend on someone's title or background.

That belief continues to shape her work today.

Felicia spent over a decade leading a non-profit organization that supported abandoned children. She later became a trusted employment consultant, team coach, and leadership advisor—guiding employers and job seekers through the often messy, misunderstood space where hiring and retention meet. She’s helped hundreds of individuals secure jobs, keep them, and grow within them—while supporting business leaders who want more than fast hires. They want lasting teams.

She is the author of two books:

"Leadership Unleashed", a practical and honest look at building healthy teams and fixing dysfunction without finger-pointing and "The Master of Self-Confidence", a personal and professional reflection on how real confidence is built from within—and often in silence.

Felicia is also the creator of the “Power of Self-Confidence” online course (with over 1,000 students), and the host of a long-running podcast featuring over 250 episodes with business owners, authors, and creatives. Her work has been featured in leadership development programs and trusted by entrepreneurs looking to grow their people—not just their profit.

With a unique blend of analytical thinking and emotional intelligence, Felicia brings both strategy and humanity to every project, whether it's rewriting a job post, facilitating a team shift, or delivering a keynote on the things that make or break a workplace.
